L'Oréal Professional Skin Care Beauty Salon Dhanbad

I went to the parlor couple of months back for some basic services like waxing and facial and a haircut. The service charges are high in comparison to the services provided. The owner is professional and tries to handle her staff's misbehavior towards the customers. The staff were totally unprofessional and don't understand the service requested and will start using products which one doesn't want and will later charge for it. When I said I didnt ask for these products, one of her staff who was providing the service to me started shouting and pointing fingers at me, in front of the owner. It was the owner who later listened and sorted the issue. I am not happy with the chaos and misbehavior and wont be recommending it to anyone.
