Worst customer support and refund policy. If because of some reason you cancel the booking they will charge a huge cancellation fee more than 50 % and the remaining amount will be transferred to their own wallet called R money from where you cannot transfer the money to your account. Second the cars are never on time always late. Unprofessional staff.
