Management skills are down to zero. Their working speed is slower than sloths. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I literally waited for an hour just to get my hands waxed, which never happened. Their service is really poor, substandard and unpleasant. It is better to never go to a salon than experiencing Shaya's salon service.
