The room was comfortable. The staff were cordial and Ms Reshma , a staff member in the reception was very helpful.nThe location of the hotel is excellent and the breakfast buffet featured a good spread .

Good ambience.it looks like 4 star hotel though Shelton is 3 star hotel.buffet dinner available for 500 rs per head , worth to have it. Nice serving staff.orsered biryani for take away , it was quick.

I can't rate below this. They ask for5* rates, service is like some lodge.nWhen you enter there is no one to take your luggage. Billing staff is rude. No hot water. Breakfast is below par.nPlease charge as per your service. You don't deserve 5* rates. Pathetic experience
