Very good and enriching customer service experience. Sales executive Mr Chinmay is one person to go to whenever you visit the store. He guided me throughout the buying process with detailed explanation of the technicalities associated with the stones. Spacious and hygienic showroom.

Traumatic experience.The sales man and the manager are inefficient.Thank god I did not shell out my cash to this outlet. Maybe you guys need to be more creative if server issues crop up.You don't have to stand still and stare at the customers. It looks very stupid. Be proactive.Find a way out. Worst experience ever at a jewellery store.Won't recommend this outlet.
