I wouldnt even give them a single star.Bought a laptop from them 1.5 years ago, and I have barely used the laptop for 6months, because for the rest 1 year it was with them as they were fixing the defects of the laptop.nOn the box and on the bill it was mentioned by them clearly on the specifications of the laptop and windows 10 original would be installed, but got pirated version. The laptop had to go to them to be fixed most of the times in this duration and not even once they could fix it.nnVery careless attitude from the staff in this store. They are not at all customer friendly. I'd rather suggest to order a laptop from verified online portals than this store.nnBuying laptop is an investment, do not do it from here as it will barely even work. PATHETIC.

One of the best place for all your computing needs and the best service I got in a long time. The sales person r very attentive n thrive hard to solve your problem within minimum cost. Also step in for quality Cctv solutions. They are the best in terms of quality, service & price. Recently I had a acute problem with my laptop and no shop in dibrugarh could rectify the problem but the service people at Multimedia solved the issue within very short time and economically.
