i have seen many similar comments which is totally related to my experience. They don't even bother to call once and mark address untraceable. Even though i gave full address with proper landmark which is known to everyone.

Worst service ever. Never send by Bluedart. They failed to deliver my package and has not refunded my money even after 1 year. I have sent around 30 emails and all they say is we are looking into the matter.

Unprofessional , they everytime mark address unlocateble. They evev don't bother to give a phone call.

Worst service center, they behave like they are doing us a favour. Not recommended at all. Dtdc is far better.

Where on earth do they deliver if they mark a location right in front of CM's house within the city unlocatable. Not once, but everytime something is couriered via BlueDart/BlueDark I have to collect it from their office only. Not even a phone call. This behaviour can be tolerated somehow, when something non-critical is on transit, but they do it for anything. The Unprofessional and Unethical people in this office don't qualify to stay in the customer service segment at all.
