Very rough and untrained staff. I called in morning to confirm for covid vaccination and was told to come and take appointment on the spot and get vaccinated then and there.nHowever when I went there in afternoon with my mom, the receptionist changed statement, saying someone else was in the morning shift and wrong information was shared by her. I was told to take appointment at least 1-2 days in advance. This is insane, especially when one is visiting from far off place with aged parents. All this communication should have been given when I called in the morning to enquire. A waste of time, energy and money for us.
