So happy with my purchase! The owner was really understanding and we are so happy with our service we received. Would definitely buy again from them. Flowers themselves could be a bit bigger and rounder like in their pictures but they’re still really pretty.

Hello KW Flowers,nnI hope your day is going well.nnThis was my first time ordering flowers from you. My best friend just received her flowers. She was very honest with me that while the flowers and balloon were beautiful, they did not arrive with the best care or concern.nnThe delivery man laid her vase/flowers on its side, when left on her porch. This made the water pour out of the vase, the note from me was completely soaked and some of the flowers had to be rearranged. Her and her husband had to clean the mess up, which just is not the experience I wanted her to have on her birthday. I am disappointed in this experience.nnI wanted to let you know this, so this experience will not happen to future customers. I really wanted this to be a special experience. I understand these things can happen, but it is very unfortunate. I hope you can let your delivery team know about this experience.nnHave a good rest of your day.

I called at 9am the day before Mother’s Day in the hopes I could pick up some flowers, but not having high hopes with how late I left it. The lady who answered was so kind and told me she could have them ready within the hour for me. When I picked them up they were beautiful, I will definitely be recommending this place!

I bought myself flowers to cheer up my home office and these really did the trick. Bright and cheery, these flowers are showing no sign of wilting or drooping after 3 days. I’m really pleased, and thinking this might need to be a weekly thing! I wonder if I can expense it... :)
