Booked Kallada for Feb 14th from Bangalore to Kottayam. Missed it by 15 mins due to bad traffic. I was annoyed that these buses which always come late came on time that day. Surprise to me, Kallada staff at Bommasandra, Mr. Ajeesh transferred my ticket to the next bus and made sure I continued my journey. They could have easily charged me for a new ticket but they didn't do it. Also understood that Kallada is very strict on time and trying to make it to destination as early as possible Thanks Ajeesh for the kind help, we met for the first time yesterday. Thanks to the Goodwill of Suresh Kallada travels. I can see that there is a conscious effort to improve their good will in the business. Wishing you folks all the best , thanks again.

Travel agent is customer friendly and he is informing about the bus arrival also his attitude is good. Due to small space very limited seats available for passengers to sit. There is no rest room.

People generally waite for 1 hr.make this place more user friendly,provide wash rooms.

Easily accessible. Right on the highway located in the service road. Very good service and the buses are very comfortable.

Above average service...most of the staff are very good....they have trips from most of the places in Kerala towards main cities in south India... Time punctuality is below average... Usually the buses clean and well maintained...one of the leading long route bus service provider in South India...
