Waste of time. When placing the order, I told them that I need a walker immediately due to an emergency and the customer care executive assures me that the equipment will be delivered next day morning and she will ensure that the delivery team calls me up first thing in the morning to schedule delivery. Morning no call. You only have to call them up. The delivery team tells that he is sending it immediately. No walker is delivered even after 2 hrs and After 2 hrs if you call them up, he tells his delivery executive is another part of the city and will come over immediately. The definition of immediate is more than 2 hrs. And even then there is no guarantee that the delivery guy will reach. He could have told me this when I called him up in the morning rather than waste everyone’s time. I had to cancel the order. These people do not understand the meaning of an emergency or immediate requirement. Better buy whatever you need from a pharmacy especially when you get it at the same price and no hassle of dealing with their incompetent employees

I like the Physiotherapy provided by the team. They are quick responsive and gave accurate treatment. The team is polite and listen to all granular level details

I needed physiotherapist and I contacted them. First time they sent me physio who was fresh out of collage. Her diagnosis were out of the world and gave every possible treatment suggestion in the book. Second time, I requested for some one experienced but they again sent some fraud lady who had capacity to prove MRI and neurosurgeon wrong. She spoke very low grade English and gave some random diagnosis and asked for money. She said she will be coming next day and my spinal issue of four year can be cured by her in just five days but she never showed up

PLEASE DO NOT use Portea Services for RT-PCR tests. They have not send my reports even after 6 days. My samples were selected on 24-Apr. and Its 29-Apr, still no clue where is my report.nnTheir customer care is also mute and deaf.nnThey are charging Rs 1500/- per RT PCR test, which is anyways higher than other labs, and at the end you will not receive report. SO what's the use.

Absolutely not happy and beware! I have taken Nurse & Attendant service from Portea earlier for my mom and it was pretty decent. But unfortunately this time for similar services I feel to be cheated. The chosen attendant arrived on Tuesday night last week and even before understanding the quality of any of her service , the facilitator continuously probed to make the 5 days payments in advance. While I did that the next morning, I found that the attendant has no training, no skills and not even the minimum caring attitude that her profession demands. She kept on sleeping through the night, through the day, with the patient continuously crying for help to which she turned a deaf ear. Over the night my mom with her broken shoulder and knee pain dragged herself to the toilet alone and finally spent the night fizzing on the floor unable to get up on the bed. I immediately asked for the return of the attendant after 2 days and asked for the money back and a replacement but portea is complete silent about it, paying no heed to my helpless situation. I would alert everybody to be extra cautious before availing any service from portea. They are just some money sucking machines with premium priced services without any compassion.
