I was referred to Physis through Rehab at Work with a neck problem, Rani was quick to diagnose a compressed nerve and set me remedial exercises to help me recover. Great experience with the company, especially Ola. I have been to 4 other physios in Edinburgh and the diagnosis, advice and rehab program I have worked through was far superior to previous offerings. Highly recommend Ola for your knee and all sports injuries / recovery.
Darren, of Physis has been looking after my back superbly, ever since I had surgery on it 15 years ago. Now, unable to deep tissue massage it due to CV lock-down, he has provided me with an excellent Canadian app for iPad, listing all my regular exercises and many more in very easy to follow colour pics and videos.
