One of the bad hospital in Bihar. The service or this hospital is to bad. Many of the covid injured died in this hospital due to the bad behaviour of hospital staff and doctor also. I registered 2 case related this hospital. Very bad experience. I request you to call please take action on this hospital.One of the worst hospital ever seen in my life.n1. None of the doctors wear PPE kit.n2. Inside ICU one doctor is wearing PPE kit and examining all patients without sanitizing.n3. Anyone can go inside ICU. No restrictions.n4. Security outside ICU is friendly and allows everyone with mask and without mask inside the ICU.n5. No AC inside ICU.n6. All billing counters have full AC.n7. Power outages are very regular.n8. High risk consent signature will be taken at the beginning itself before admitting in ICU.n9. There is back entrance where most of the people are allowed to go 2nd floor ICU.n10. Doctor will not be available in ICU always.n11. Hospital staffs wear half mask with nose outside.n12. Whatever you purchase for patients from ground floor hospital pharmacy, half of the items will be given back to pharmacy itself. In front of you they will take the cover and give in pharmacy.n13. Covid test are done and results will not be given in this hospital.n14. ICU charge is INR 6999 per day.n15. Each Doctor visiting to ICU will charge INR 1500n16. All tests will be taken without informing us and in the bill we can see the all the tests.n17. Especially kidney test will be done for sure and doctor will say there is a suspected infection.n18. Apart from our issue, everything will be taken care.n19. Hospital looks good from outside but not inside.n20. No parking available.n21. No Ambulance I saw.n22. They will call doctors from other hospital to check and they will charge INR 1500n23. Bill's will be generated on daily basis and from reception you will get call to pay the bill before 5pm.n24. For food or juice we need to travel 2 kms.n25. Not a recommended hospital.
