less cozy... and okay... In emergency, if you have any contact than go for it otherwise it is just waste... because staffs are are not much helpful... and the doctors are not available all the time.ntransport are easily available and not much traffic so easy... medical store is little far... walking distance.

Very pathetic and poor condition of health as well as education sector in Bihar. Too much crowd. Only government hospital for lakhs of population of bhagalpur. Most rich and middle class people never visit government hospital . It is only for poor people who can not afford high fees of private hospital and clinic. Rich and middle class only visit for medical certificate purpose. Too much work load on staffs. When I visited male opd was closed for more than 2 hours and there was a huge chunk of people waiting outside for the opd to open.
