Pathetic service...Rude staff behaviour..they don't take complaints seriously...The owner asks you to talk to staff and staff tells to contact owner...nIt's been 15 days since I bought the product... still no service done.nDefinitely not recommended

The shop has a very good and decent collection of furnitures especially bed,sofa, dressing tables etc.The quality is very excellent plus the rate is also ok.Not so pocket friendly but it is ok as furniture is for lifetime so why not invest in that.

Wrost shop of bhagalpur. They are selling fake product to customer..when you go for warrenty claim..they will not take your problem..ther are just selling and making fools the customer. Never buy anything from this shop...even they don't give you real bill initailly, Until you forced for it..nAlmost all the prodycp are damaged.if not it will woth in 3-4 months.. when you claim.for it ..they will behave like that they not know you.. even they don't try for repairing...nThey sold me fake product of zuari vouge bednIt got damage in 4 months only... Even i gone their for 15 times still didn't repair it...

It was a horrible experience of shopping furniture from this store...the product I received at home Waz damaged and after talking to shopkeeper first they said dat they are gonna repair it..but after 2 3 days when I talked to the store owner he said do whatever you want ,I m not going to do anything ..he was almost yelling..it was just pathetic..the rudeness of the owner is just smthng u can never expect from a shopkeeper ..never buy anythng from dis store..
