Have been using the service for past 6 months. Never felt the car was cleaned as per the process and presentations made. Windscreen is never cleaned. Days and days there is no cleaning at all. For me there is no cleaning done in past one week, no one is bothered.. All internal cleaning promises are fake. Not at all regular no quality aswell. Pathetic customer support and negative star for their app. Would need to invest some months to find the right app. Update: Changing the star rating as the customer care followed up, got the car cleaned properly even after the package expiry & assured that the previous manager was changed.

Totally worthless service. Initially it was working , now everything is defunct. Their teams need strong feedback regularly, their app takes the payment but doesn't update the record, the customer care no isn't working. The car doesn't get washed for weeks but no one cares. Simply horrible. And all this after staying a loyal customer for more than a year... You are actually better off if you don't subscribe to their services.

It's a complete fraud company.They promise and give assurance on quality service to lure customers. When the customer falls in trap, everything becomes nightmare for the customer.The cleaning of car is horrible,hardly the guys turn up for cleaning.Customer car along with company managers and supervisor are least bothered to the issues. If you want to waste your money and damage your car then only you should avail there service. Horrible experience.

Paid for the service through the app. Nobody showed up for 3 days. Followed up via customer care calls three times and sent an email as well. They said they will send somebody but they were lying. Nobody showed up even after 6 days. Beware!

Irregular and poor cleaning quality; would wipe the car with dirty wet cloth and escape. On top, they are very irregular. Now I have dust induced swirl marks all over the vehicle.
