Located at a prime spot, beside Vishal Mega Mart. Well-trained and supportive staff. Covid-19 safety measures are being followed properly. Wide range of electronic products are available. I went here to purchase a washing machine. The staff was knowledgeable enough to explain all pros and cons of every product. The product was delivered the next working day itself and installation was also done on the same day. Kudos to the team!! ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

Poor staff behaviour. Old product purposely being sold as new. Reliance I hope you are taking note. Consider changing the management and the entire staff.

The installation of my ac is very bad by reliance people, they call themself resQ. They are not at all trained and came to do the installation without proper equipments. They did a very bad hole in my wall with hammer.... Doing the testing of AC without equipments and saying koi dikkat nahi h is se.. leakage test without equipments can you imagine?nThey are also charging 2.5 time for installation than the brand itself is charging for installation.nnVery bad experience and never will go for its service, but will buy products from reliance.

Wrong commitment to sell the product. Do not visit this place, if visiting then please do R&D of the products, after sale service at the root level. Their staffs may deny at the time of after sale service if you needed.nnVery worst experience with this specific branch.nn1. Staffs are not trained properly.nn2. They don't have products knowledge properly.nn3. Number sugar coated commitments but on ground level that's not true. You will find it once you needed after sale service.

Very Poor service and untrained staff. Before buying the product they will be very nice and even make false promises about the services and once u buy the product they will start saying that they had not said like that or they said by mistake. Must not visit to buy anything..
