I thought to book a service with them but phone was switched off. I guess that's a hint, don't book their service.

Had a nice and very good experience with agrigo.in zia the project manager who helped us from measurements to colours selection and till project completion he was very polite and delivered very good quality of painting service. Thanks to agrigo and team, well done keep growing.

Site inspection on 1st day was good and we paid token advance to them on Oct14th with committed date (Oct30,2019) to start house painting. It was even agreed by Mr.Zia, CEO of Agrigo. Prior to start of painting, I have requested to share offline color shade book to finalize the colours by Oct19th 2019 (I sent mail on Oct17th on the same and as well informed Mr.Zia over the phone). But it did not happen on that day. I started calling them and sent mail (on Oct23,2019) also but no response. After multiple calls, I got a response from Mr.Zia that it was Diwali holiday time (Till Oct29th) and he assured to give it by Oct30th which was supposed to be my first day of painting. Now, just imagine the response time from them after getting the token amount. Customer has to call them continuously until they pick up . Understanding the delay, i wanted to give last chance to them hoping that it will happen as per the timline. So, I clearly told them (over the call and in whatsapp) that Oct30th is the last day to receive color shade book else I will cancel my order. Paint service provider has agreed too but did not come on that day. Is this a professional way? When I asked on the same day at 6pm, I got a response that it will be given the next day which is beyond my planned date. So, after this, I have decided to cancel the order. Started calling Mr.Zia but he didn't pick up the call. Received sms from Mr.Zia on Oct31st that refund will be initiated next day. I replied saying Thanks and asked for reference number. After this, neither refund happened nor mail response received. Hence, I again replied to same mail chain asking for refund of advance amount but no response as usual. Again tried hard to reach him by SMS/MULTIPLE CALLS but not even a single response and I did not get my refund amount. New customers, it's up to you to decide and go for Agrigo.
