Big Bazaar is a sinking boat. Once a one stop shop is mostly empty for last one year. Don’t waste your time by going there. If you shop online you will regret for life. Their online shopping is worst. Either you will get expired or very near to expire item, wrong item, package item in loose state. Strong advice to consumers...avoid it.

Newly openrd mall in one the most prime areas of Patna. Have Big Bazaar and FBB outlets here. No food court currently (23/02/2021) but is soon gonna be there.

Its nice bt kids section is not so large.books, colours, toys is not available.

I visited in November 30 2020 and they have very limited stock. I didn't found 90% of my grocery list and found it to be bit expensive compared to where big bazar used to provide so many offers.
