The Gastro-Liver Hospital

Recently I have visited to this hospital. So, they have this number system (long queue outside the hospital) rule to schedule an appointment for OPD. I advise y'll to reach as early as possible in the morning (around 6 AM) and stand in the queue outside the hospital. They usually let people in from 8 AM onwards and one token number will be given to you for X-ray examination. After that they ask patient to wait outside waiting area (A/c lawn) and do the X-ray to check for the covid 19 . If they find anything unusual with X-ray report, they don't let ppl in . Don't forget to bring one I'd proof of patient like adhar card , voter id. This is because of the government's instructions during covid 19. Btw there are Xerox shop nearby hospital area. Once X-ray is done, appointment number will be assigned to you . After that you can go to basement and consult with the doctor.

VERY RUDE STAFF. DO NOT PAY ANY RESPECT TO ELDERS AND SENIOR CITIZENS. SO MUCH FORMALITIES AND UNNECESSARY FORMALITIES FOR APPOINMENT. UNNECESSARY TEST SUGGEST BY DOCTOR TO MAKE MONEY. IT IS NOT HOSPITAL IT IS LIKE SLAUGHTER HOUSE. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES. DOCTOR ONLY MAKE MONEY WITH UNNECESSARY TEST. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOSPITAL. FULL LOOT IS HERE.

We are frequently visiting this hospital for my father's treatment since 2017..The staff behaviour is horrendous..I don't think they see any qualifications before hiring them...Just b'coz of impolite staff behaviour they are losing their ratings here.. For new patients this hospital will be boon however for the regular patient's it's loosing faith. If the management person is reading this review pls take appropriate actions against your unqualified staff else you will loose BIG BUSINESS at your terms...So sad to see hospital without good hospitality. Hope this review will help.

I visited here to get my UPPER GI endoscopy done. Firstly you will have to wait in line to get XRAY done for 300 rupees, which god knows why but it's probably way to make more money in the name of COVID 19. Then we were sent downstairs where again we waited for my endoscopy turn to come. Endoscopy charges were 2250 rupees. After the endoscopy was done, the report was provided after 45 min to 1 hour. Overall okish experience, but management could have been better.
