Mahipal Reddy has cheated me out of Rs. 20000. It's the same story as the others - forced me to take a house under false pretenses of a lower maintenance, the house already getting a lot of interest and asking for the first month advance to begin reserving the house. When I spoke to the owner, he didn't have any idea that Reddy was the middleman and he quoted twice the maintenance that Reddy told me. Later, I came to know that the house has several problems and the owner wasn't going to spend money fixing the problems. Of course, I thanked the owner for this information and politely told Reddy that I didn't want this house and that I would like the money back. Fast forward 5 months, I have still not gotten the money back. He's a fraud of the highest order and I'll be filing a police complaint against him.

One of the worst Real Estate Agency in Whitefield area. Folks, beware of them. I was an outsider to this city, I had no idea of the place. I went to them with high hopes of finding a suitable accommodation. What I got in return was I lost my money in the process. They have a very shrewd tactic of grabbing your money. They will show you the properties very quickly and force you to "book" it without even letting you think. They will say book it at once otherwise the deal is off. In hurry and desperation, you will book it with suitable money. Due to shortage of time, most of the time, you won't make a very good decision. So obviously, next day, you will go to them and humbly ask them to return your money. Instead, you will return after being insulted, rebuked and made fun of once they realize you won't take their deal. Forget your money, my friends. I didn't get my money back but I hope my friends you wouldn't lose your hard-earned money like this. That's why I am writing this review. Hopefully, you will read this and get saved. And if anyone has faced the same issue with them, I urge you to write a review.
