Yesterday I boarded go air flight from Delhi to Patna pnr no UBI8ND and I had one of the most frightening experience.nAll passengers who are wearing mask are waited in flight for more than an hour and after complaint they said runway is not clear and they can't do anything. We all checked and seated in our respective seat around 11:40 and flight took off at 1:40. Just imagine our situation siting inside flight and with mask on and waiting for flight to take off.nnWhen finally plane took off our respected flight captain gave us frightening experience plane was literally shaking during take off and this continue for almost 5 minutes. And finally when plain landed at Patna airport our respected captain gave us one of the most frightening experience. Finaly when flight landed it landed so hard that my head banged on front seat and literally everyone shouted as everyone experienced some kind of shock. I have one humble request why go air why . Don't we have enough suffering.

GO Air offers the worst of services. As I was going for my web chekin from Patna to Delhi flight, their website is forcing me to pay the charges for seat selection. Not even a single seat has been offered Free. This is How Go air is looting it's Travelers.nThe worst Airlines experience. #GoAir

Your flight service is really worst and 3rd grade. This is my 3rd experiance of a delayed flight without any prior information. I wrote an email also to you regarding my last journey with you where I faced a delay of 4 hours. I would never recommend your service to anybody. Nobody gives any info on delay and you guys delay it as per your wish. In one word its PATHETIC

End moment they will cancel the flight..and simply they will say sorry for inconvenience caused...
