I was a frequent flyer with Indigo but after today’s experience I have decided to never fly with Indigo anymore, the staff at the airport are not at all customer friendly and they behave as if they own the airlines. My luggage exceeded by 2 kgs and the way they argued was really disappointing. 1-2 kgs luggage is considered by all the airlines and I don’t think anybody can ever carry exact 15 kgs. The airport staff really needs some good training. I read a lot of the reviews and found most of the people talking about the airport staff which means that they need some serious attention.

Good budget airlines. Flight changed by Airlines, changed flight also delayed. But for delayed flight, they should provide Snacks to customer, which they did not provide.
