Cheap and quick things. The vet was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Wasn't pushy about selling us medications like most of the other vets. You get what you pay for. Don’t expect exceptional customer service staff can be rude at times and might hang up on you if you cancel your appointments.

Dr. Badri and his staff were really lovely when my 15-year old cat got very sick a few weeks ago. So happy that he’s feeling better thanks to their quick and responsive care when so many other vets that boasted about their emergency services on their websites wouldn’t take us for at a week plus. Thank you!

Toronto Central Animal clinic took great care of my kitten when he had surgery. I was pleased with how quickly and efficiently the service was, despite being in the middle of a pandemic. The veterinarian called me with updates and came to speak with me directly when I came to take my little guy home. The front line staff and vet techs were efficient, and kind. They made sure I had all the medications and supplies I needed, as well as provided detailed written instructions for when I got home. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency or planned veterinary services.

Very good hospital, compassionate and caring, I lost both of my dogs during covid, one to cancer and the other to old age complications. My regular vet was not able to see us during my first dogs emergency.nnI found this clinic, and they were very good to me and to my pets and I am grateful.nnA month since my last dog was laid to rest and I have since adopted a new puppy and because the doctors and staff are so kind and good I am bringing her to them.nnTotally recommended clinic.

The team was very receptive and caring. They followed up continuously on my pets progress. The Dr. was amazing in explaining everything to me for his follow up care.nI was very pleased with the overall quality of care to my loving pet. Awesome...I would recommend their services. I have a vet for life for my cat. They were also great with pick up and drop off of my pet.
