Right now you are greeted curbside so you don't even have to get out of your car. I brought my bunny in to get her nails trimmed and the staff was very courteous. They came out and got my bunny, trimmed her nails quickly and brought her back out. They did a great job and I will be going back and do recommend.

We had an emergency with our dog. Dr. Olson took great care of Gunner. She called to check on on him and answered our questions fully. The staff was amazing and friendly and got him in right away.

East central has been great for us! Our first experience with them was when our dog had been hit by a car and we couldn't find any local vet to take him in on emergency. Our last call was to ECV and they didn't even hesitate to say bring him in!nOur most recent experience was with the sudden death of our puppy. Again, all staff was great. But the best of this horrible situation was receiving his ashes back in a wood box with his name on it and the paw print.

They did a fantastic job with my dog's spay. Their instructions before and after were very clear and easy to follow. And they call us before and after to check up on her.

I was told emergency appointments were available so they must have the time to see you for$100 more but not for an appointment. We have used east central vet for over 30 years. As a rule they are very easy to get in and deal with. Since the events of 2020 it's gotten very hard to get in in under 4 to 6 days. While my pet isn't in any danger waiting for a few days for her abscess on her leg it's funny if I pay emergency fee they will look at her right away. For $100 they find the time. Not expecting any special service but Lena has been back 3 or more times in related issues.nGranted she is 12 years old but waiting makes the issue harder to diagnose and treat.nAfter spending untold amounts of money at this clinic apparently customer loyalty isn't on top of list.nThe vets who work there are top notch and the assistants treat my animals awsome.nJust venting on the change in service
