I had to bring my cat in when he was severely dehydrated and extremely sick.nThey were so so helpful for my little guy.nThe staff is so caring, and they walked me through everything I needed to know.nThey kept me updated on his condition and every step of the way.nThey took such good care of my cat, I couldn’t be more thankful!nI’m so happy they were there to help immediately!nThank you so much!

Recently my cat was suddenly very ill and had to be taken into VCA Central Victoria for care. We received top notch service – everyone at Central Victoria was extremely professional and helpful during a time of high stress for me, my family and my kitty. In particular, my cat’s vet Dr. Christie MacIntyre was exceptional. She explained everything very clearly, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. She is an excellent veterinarian and I hope to have her assist any future pets if or when we ever encounter another emergency.

I love this clinic, they have been so helpful every time we've needed them. They've saved our dog's life twice over the years, and kept us in the loop with updates the whole way along despite the many hundreds of things they already had on their plates to do.nnThey're always happy to help when we call with a concern regarding any of our animals, never once making us feel judged for accidents. Puppies are vacuumes, despite any and all attempts to keep every wayward thing out of their mouths, and no one will understand that better than a veterinarian!nnThank you for all that you do.

After the very emotional last trip to the vet for my 17 year old beagle, I cannot help but feeling like I was somewhat shaken down and charged a small fortune to investigate a dead-end situation. If this happens to you, you'd better be very certain of what is needed and what is not, because hospitalization costs add-up very fast and VCA will not hesitate to offer you all the expensive options while you cannot think straight and you don't have the courage to say no. They took good care of my dog for her last 24 hours, but it cost a fortune.

I have never been treated with anything less than compassion from the staff at this emergency veterinary facility and I have been there frequently and almost always in tears over the course of the last 15 years. Dr Gurney in particular has gone above and beyond researching possible solutions to my current pups issues, including staying in touch weeks later to let me know of a new veterinary product that may provide some relief. I cannot imagine not having this clinic available to this community, thank you all for everything you do.
