Ive been here with my family. Professional staff. Ali did a fabulous job. He took care of hair cut, wash and catered to requirement very professionally. He took sufficient time in each stage of facial and massaged well. End result was really good.

one of the cheap and best saloon in KR. PURAM. I am visiting from last two years and I should highlight about a barber called "Rohan" who is very polite and good human being. he set my hair style all the time with different look. Best experience with this is saloon.

First time i visit to mimza sap and saloon I feel very happy with my hair cut hair style was sam gave a good looks to me the best hair stylist is sam i will visit back again soon keep up the good job sam

*Worst spa experience of my life* [Long review about my dreadful experience] Edit 1 - Its funny the Spa owner has responded not to expect anything other than professional service here. The sad part is I came only for a professional service and hence chose this spa based on surprisingly good reviews but had a horrendous experience. After going through online reviews (which were fairly positive I must say), I decided to go for spa at the Mimza Salon. But dare I would expect if would turn out to be a nightmare. The reception were courteous but slightly pushy and asked me to take deep tissue spa. I got the first shocker when i entered the spa room (refer attached images) which was nastier than any bathroom we would see in government hospital. The room wasn't clean and there was stinking smell. During the massage there were power interruptions for almost 10 times where it took 2-3 mins to turn on the AC post power resumption which led to suffocation during spa. While i was hoping the misery would end soon but it was going further downhill. After the spa when i went to take bath, to utter dismay there was no water from the tap. I couldn't reach anyone and hence called the reception who came and told that motor to pump water did not work which was started after me calling and informing them. After waiting for 15 mins, water started flowing but to make things worse the geyser did not work for 20 mins and the water was freezing cold to take shower. After 45 mins of frustration, I decided to leave the spa without taking bath (first in my life ever) and the reception gave me a pathetic (We don’t care) response saying this won't happen going forward. Extremely sorry to say if this is how it continues I doubt if this company can last in this business as it lacks customer obsession and basic hygiene. I would however like to appreciate the spa therapist who was very professional and gave a decent massage. Definitely avoid for the horrendous experience.
