Dr. A. K. Srivastava

I visited there on Dec 23 for ear wax problem. The fees was Rs 500. The doctor examined my ear and prescribed some medicines of Rs 960 and told me to revisit on Dec 27. On Dec 27, he denied to treat me and said that it's hard to clean wax with leather gloves because covid is going on and asked me to clean it by myself. He was also talking rudely like he was doing a favor on me by giving me his precious time. If he can't treat patients properly, why has he opened his clinic and charging 500 fees with expensive medicines which obviously doesn't make any sense if he is not gonna treat the problem properly. Don't go there. He's total FRAUD

Highly Recommended. Very humble and Polite and explained the issue very well. Visited the clinic recently. They have facilities aligned with current corona situation . The staff took our temperature first and get us sanitized and then only were allowed to get into the examination section covered with glass. This allows patient to get examined without being in direct contact.

I personally feel that the most important trait in a good doctor is humanity and compassion . Dr. A.K. Srivastava has a divine heart which adds to his knowledge and experience.... Extremely down to earth man.... Complete sanitization and temperature check up is done at doorstep....Not only Doctor but also all staff members wear proper PPE kit.

I visited there 2002 for my ear problem, Dr. Shrivastava provide great solution for that, he is very polite and talented doctor. I sent many of my friends they all satisfied ..

I am suffering from disturbance in my throat since last three month. I visited doctor today, he is very senior, experienced n polite. He explains very well to the patient, what has happened n what needs to be done to tackle the illness. Hoping for best results.
