Need to improve communication. I ordered a book which they later said was not in stock, and while I got a refund they firstly did not inform me about stock availability until I emailed them 10 days later and secondly didn't tell me when they cancelled and refunded the order. As a result, I did not notice the refund till 3 weeks later when they replied to another email and because of which I earlier gave a lower review score. So while they did refund me, there was very little communication. Maybe it's because of the pandemic, but then they should clearly indicate that on the website. So while I wouldn't dismiss them as frauds or cheats like some of the other reviewers or I earlier did, they do need to work on their standards of professionalism and customer feedback.

Ordered a book paid for it haven't received it. They overcharged and called to say Xerox copy is available. I agreed to that too but haven't received it as yet. My order no. Is 74515.

BOI74228 ..ordered a month back ..still not received the order . No mail , no phone number to contactnIll have to approach the consumer court if the order is not furnished asap
