Very pathetic staff unfriendly Quack without any blood test or any other test this quack doctor gives medicine for the month. I lost my father because of this inexperienced irresponsible doctor. They a have hired cheap staff a 15 year old boy is taking blood sample in open space without any gloves . Worst doctor never visit this doctor if you love your loved one. Again I am saying Stop Giving medicine without knowing the root cause of the problem.. I don't know how did these doctors got degree.... I don't see any options to share all given medicine. My dad was told about Tumor by the Vikas senger and doctor had given high dose of medicine that has caused Blood sepsis infection to my dad. Due to these medicines my dad had sceptic shock and was admitted to Regency hospital where upon diagnosis it was known that my father was suffering from Pneumonia and Vikas senger was giving medicine of Tumor.. Horrible way of treating patients anyways I lost my father that can not be changed but writing this review make ppl understand never ever take medicine for more than 5 days incase these doctors gives you a month medicine always ask doctor for the ultra sound or all blood cultures test to know the root cause of illness else these doctors will loot and will play with the life of your loved one.

They care the best way. Dr Vikas Sengar himself is an excellent doctor and moreover a very nice human being.

Horrible experience! Not recommended atall. Unprofessional staff, extremely unorganised management! Medi Help hospital need to really improve their services and should learn the art of maintaining cordial relationship with patients.! The people here knows how to mint money and fool the patient.!! The worst scenario is Dr. Vikas Sengar has assigned a junior doctor which looks after the patient and obviously fool them! The patient is admitted in I.C.U and Dr. Vikas Sengar doesn't even bother to visit I.C.U and upon asking it's been told sir is busy in other work! These people have seriously lost thier work ethics!! The I.C.U unit was so unorganised, the attendant was so unprofessional! No hygiene and sanitation! Extremely Disappointed!! Shameful!! Worst experience, will never recommend this to anyone!

Dr. vikash senger is one of the best Gastroenterologist doctor in Kanpur . quality of care is very good.
