They did a pretty shoddy job! I have a couple of things i'd like to point out - Dirty towels, pedicurist left me waiting to attend to another client in between all while my feet were dipped in water which wasn't changed after the first round of cleaning, the manicurist was too rough cut me while filing my nails, they didn't know what they were supposed to do - kept asking me if they should polish my nails and put a second coat! All I'm saying is if I'm paying a price as competitive as metro cities, I think I'm entitled to a decent service ( wouldn't really expect extraordinary service in Valsad). If you're taking the money, make sure your service is top notch. Customers don't mind paying for quality! Saving grace was the attitude of the women who did the manicure and pedicure. Extremely polite. The pedicurist Monica did a decent job comparatively.

The prices are not in parity to the services offered. Everything is overpriced. The ambience of the place is very soothing and uplifting. The staff behavior is friendly and polite. I wish the prices were more reasonable too! A good place to pamper yourself!
