This branch is horrible. Everytime i visit branch there will be some or the other issue in this branch. Today morning i visited to purchase tablet. The person who was there replies by said please get proper change in the morning and paytm etc etc is not working. Please understand not everyone visits the store with change. We understand it is morning. But please understand about customer health also. And even the medicine stock will not be available properly. This is not the first time i am facing this issue. Everytime i visit the store i have to return without purchasing anything from store.

Worst customer service They sell the product very pleasantly and when it comes to exchange or return they are dismissive and rude

Horrible customer service. If you need anything urgent, please do not visit. They take their own sweet time. I am not sure if their central team monitors the customer responses. Most of the times their responses are rude with no respect to customers. Only reason they are surviving is prime location and availability of medicines. HIGH TIME concerned group should educate them.

Big Fat guy is sitting in chair and busy talking instead of attending customer. When asked medicine, he said he needs prescription. When I said I have purchased the same medicine many times here initially he agreed to give medicine. I showed him the prescription also and said if you can't give I will look for other shops, even after showing prescription he asked me to go to other shop. He is employee so he doesn't care about business and customer. These type of workers should be removed.
