Poor service , take one day leave if you have work with SBI bank . slowest bank ever I have seen . customer has to travel first second and third floor frequently and keep watch on thier recces time . The officer can leave the place without any noticed. For just KYC updates we forced to meet 4 different table and spent more than 4 hours. So many rules and procedures and confusing table to table.

Staff behaviour too bed they can not give a proper answer
