Metro Pet Hospital

I have had pets for 19 years. I have 8 dogs at home now. So i guess my word has sone weight when I say Dr. Josan of Metro Pet is one of the best vets I have come across. I credit him for saving 3 of my 8 dogs from near death situations. I am very highly appreciative of his capabilities as a doctor and a good human being.

Service is bo longer what it used to be. Commercialisation has corrupted the good doctor

I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!nnTwo years ago I implanted a microchip to my dog at this Clinic.nToday I had to come back there since I was not so sure whether a first digit of this Microchip number was 9 or 8 and I needed to confirm due to some customs purposes.nTwo years ago when the service was done, I got a label with the number but two years later the first digit is not so clear.nnThey took a scanner, red the number and for this around 3 second service I was asked by a Lady Doctor (Dr. Sonica) to pay 300 rupees!!!. No receipt given.nnI know that nowadays nothing is for free, I know that 300 rupees possibly is not a big amount of money but I also know that I paid for implantation of the microchip at this Clinic 2 years ago.nDue to this I believe that for a such simple and quick number checking I should have not been charged at all.nSuch a request should be treated like a favor to the old Customer especially that in the past I spent a significant amount of money at this Clinic visiting them on a regular basis – monthly check-ups, blood tests, purchases of food/different products for taking care of my dog/vitamins, etc.nnI decided to write this comment because after today I feel terribly disappointed of this place.nThere must be some limit of the... GREED?nNo more to say but SHAME ON YOU METRO PET HOSPITAL!nAnd definitely one Customer less from today on …
