I would not at all recommend this vet. This vet only makes money out of your pets, she doesn't pay attention to one pet at a time. This way of treating more than one pet simultaneously probably makes her unable to examine them properly. I have two budgies, one of them hurt herself by scratching her own eye, there was blood all around her eye and the skin above the eye was swollen. We rushed to this clinic because we didn't know any other, they didn't even clean the wound or trim the nails and instead, gave them simple plastic bird collars for 300 each and some medicines. Yes, a bird collar to both of them, even for the bird that was perfectly fine so that it doesn't hurt itself in future. Why should they be wearing collars for lifetime? she could've trimmed the nails instead. The vet also gave medicines and my birds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the collar, they couldn't sit on the perch, couldn't sit on the food box and eat and were trying to remove it constantly. In the process, the bird with a wound near her eye hurt her leg so badly that she can barely walk. We had to remove the collar so they could atleast eat and drink water. The visit only seemed to make her condition worse.

Dr. Sristi is one of the most knowledgeable veterinary doctors i have met. She makes sure that you understand the problem and the solution very clearly. She treats with the utmost care. Your pets would not get anxious and feel very comfortable which makes the atmosphere pleasant.

Dr. Sristi is a very professional yet friendly & caring doctor. The clinic is hygienically maintained with a pet friendly environment. Based on my own experience I can say for certain that their primary focus is on treating pets well - as the name of the clinic suggests- unlike other places that are purely money-minded. ud83dudc4dud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
