One of worst organization i have ever come across, the management is sitting on every individual's head everytime to track your work, definitely not a happening work environment and pathetic managers just want you to extend your shifts and work for 6 days in a week and when you take a leave due to any sickness or anything they will start war and they want you to come office show them you are unwell then they will decide whether to give you sick leave or not, moreover when you ask for your own leaves you have to do a meeting with your team leaders and managers and then they will negotiate with you to take less leaves plus you have to come for six days if want to take leaves. Company is not at all employee oriented since i have worked there for more than three years, I would suggest everyone please do not watee your time with fareportal, They were all over the news when they fired around 1600 employees due to covid-19 and even when there was no covid-19 they still used to threaten you to fire, if you don't do what they are asking.

One of the best place to work with. They are the second largest online travel agency in United State of America. Management is employee centric and talking full care of there employees. Good pay scale provided as compared to market and good opportunity for everyone to grow in there carrier. One of the best place to work.

Located near rapid metro station 42-43 ,200 meter from metro station, it is a very big company headquartered in US But there recruitment process is very hectic even there working time is also late .most of the employee come after lunch and work till 10pm so it is not good company for women . They took interview and after that they changed the CTC which was told earlier just giving silly excuses.

it is a good company but I give it one star just because of its interview process.nthey have 3 technical round and then a directorial around.nGenerally if we pass technical rounds then manager round is a formality but hair director can kick you out from the process so in my opinion it is waste of time for a candidate to appear in a day long or 2 day long interview process and fareportal.nIf director rejecting you on the basis of your technical profile then it is the question mark on HR (who invite you for interview by seeing your technical profile) interview panel( who take your technical interview for 3 rounds)
