I would give ZERO STAR TO THEM.nnThey have a lot of unsatisfied users and customers.nTheir site and app are scam.nTheir customer support is literally useless.nNever replying on email and call does not connect. The number shared on google are incorrect as calling on them says this number does not exists.nperhaps that's the reason many people says good place to work, because no body is actually working there.nYou can see they do not even provide full data for support so that there is no ways customer can reach them.nJust if customers are lucky to get in touch my mail, they ignore them and never reply.nnThey Have not resolved complaints of thousands of customers.nThey did not Do Refund of flight cancellations.nThey have many litigations currently going on them.

Hi, this website is a scam. I recently booked a hotel in Jaipur from this website and even paid for it but It didn’t show up on the hotels end. I have an official booking number and everything but still I can’t confirm the payment and I feel helpless. The customer care number doesn’t work and I would recommend everyone to steer away from such fraud websites.

They are eligible to -10 star for bus booking. They have listed ticketnagent not but operator. Trave agent provide many bus option at the time of booking but at the time of travel they shift your tickets to another buses and not guarantee to desired seat. No help line contact no of Yatra available on contact us. Yatra provide Chat facility but is asking login even I already login.

Useless Website for bus booking. They cheat customers. We paid money,Got E ticket but this was not honoured by Bus operator & they charge higly once again for a seat. In this way Yatra & the bus operator earned double. And intresingly You can't contatct Yatra Customer care as there was no contact number in case of emergenyonly web chat & email support available. Totally bogus. I advise people please don't book any bus ticket from such Unproffessional Ethics
