I have suzuki burgman. All the service staff is very good behavior and very good experience that have. Specially service manager Dinesh g. I always recommend for purchase suzuki vehicles.

Sohum showroom is good but the service area specially the service manager behaviour was very rude.. and the mechanic guys all team behave is also rude and unexperienced, feel so unsafe about my vehicle. I recommend changing the service area staff for better customer service.

Worst experience. These guys don't have spare parts available they always have excuses. Unfortunately my bike faced an accident and these sohum suzuki people have fixed my in 22 days. First Idk why they have taken this much of time. Second they guys don't fix the issue always force to change the part of the bike. Sick manager and sick staff. Do not even answered my call many times.nnOverall 0 rating from my side.
