I m not a big fan of Apple products, I always thought it's just a showoff thing and this store proved me right. A blunder at their end costed me 3 hours and ruined my entire days plan. To err is human but they wasted my 1.5 hrs in just discussing about the problem and not finding quick solution. I had to go their again as the product was available in that store only and my tech guy wanted it badly, Which again costed me 1.5 hrs on day 2 in total even more than that.

Very bad experience price is soo high and power bank is third quality

,nApple India Private Limited .nnI have Purchased iphone11 on 8 September 2020 which is 128 GB and cost is ₹ 73600, from MGF Metropolitan Mall MG Road Apple Store, Gurgaon. From there I got manufacturing defective cell phone. I came to know about this after 3 days because the mobile phone I have is C green color. Bubbles are coming very lightly on its back side, which is not known at all by straightening the mobile. If you turn the mobile upside down, then you will see bubbles in all the ways that your service center's cosmetic damage tells I have also shared the mobile picture with you, seeing that it is justified this is the manufacturing defect So I have complained in the store and from the store they told me, you need to visit service center, then I went to the service center on September 14 and South Point Mall is in Gurgaon.They also refused me.As per them we only check hardware software not manufacturing . This is a manufacturing defective device then you should call Apple Care.After that I contacted your customer support team through telephone . He also said that there is cosmetic damage they also refused to clear.
