I recently booked a tour with this company during 1st week of June 2019. I have successfully completed the tour but I have some issues.nIn my case what was discussed and told to me regarding hotels and cabs ie facilities and comfort was not 10/10 it is 7/10.nOut of 4 hotels booked for me only one was good .Food was good OK 8/10. Cab also OK 8/10. They should remain polite during trip also 7/10.The customers need to be involved more during booking.

Worst Travel AGent. They will take your money and change your hotel. The hotel showed us the messages sent by Upasana Jaiswal. She uses very dirty language. DONT book from this travel agent. She will steal your money.
