Bad behavior with customers, just want to make members for home delivery but unable to do that also. After giving prescription of 1month old, these people act like doctor and saying its old prescription and doubting on customer only. As if they knows whether patient need medicine after a month or not. Or else now we need to tell Doctor to write new prescription everytime.

Quick delivery when requested. Since it is a well known chain they usually have required medicines available.

Their membership program is a hoax and their delivery is very bad. You order something in morning, they won't deliver before evening - even like within half a km. Hoping services to improve because they could be one of the best in around
