Avoid avoid avoid. Zero customer focus. Illiterate staff. Extremely Poor management

Extremely shocking to see that a person working at a pharmacy doesn’t feel any need to wear a mask during current times. Even after politely asking him to wear a mask, he refrained and is immaturely putting himself and others in danger. There was no email address/ any other communication where I can share this with the owners therefore I am left with no choice but to share a review and a picture. I hope the owners will take action and counsel their staff to wear a mask when serving the customers!

I have had several bad experiences with them. There delivery time is anywhere between 2-4 hours for a place just 500 m away from the pharmacy.nUmpteen calls and excuses every time.nJust today took 5 phone calls and 3 and a half hours to get a medicine delivered. Sadly I couldn’t get it anywhere else so had to depend on this very unreliable store. Never again.

I wish they knew how to communicate things to a patient on phone better being a pharmacy brand.nCalled them yesterday afternoon to check if they can help me with BP reading ? They confirmed that I can come.nReached their 30 mns later and they refused completely. They said they have machines for BP reading but it's available for sale and not otherwise. Strange. Why would you confirm at phone at first place ?
