Mini Secretariat complex comprises offices of various departments of Government of Haryana. I have visited the the complex for work related to stamping of share certificates. Response is slow but overall satisfactory.

I went mini secretariat for my driving license in Dec 2020.nFirst of all they need to update online process for applying driving license. Online website says slot applicable from 9am-5pm but it's only done from 9am-12pm. Also there is no mention of 300rs redcross first aid training to be done before going to mini secretariat.nAlso staff is in super hurry and nobody will listen for your queries.nI went thrice to get my learning license done. That's why you will find 50% agents there. This is a very big scam going on and government needs to take action on this or improve process for applying driving license.nnIn a nutshell, it was a horrible experience and that's why most of the people pay extra to agents and get their driving license without any hassle.

Please dont go on car mini scertarist parking one of the best in town. Scoter could be a better option

Get all your government related issues like driving licence, voter ID card, parivar pehchan Patra and other government schemes here. Very cooperative staff.

You can get stamp papers at the cost of Rs 101. I don't know the guy inside the cabin asks for Rs120.nnDon't know exactly where this additional Rs 19 goes. Food for thought.
