Travelled from Bengaluru to Delhi on 13.11.18. The seats were so close to each other and extremely congested now. May be airlines added one or two rows of extra seats to increase its revenue. Flight from 1110 am to 0210 pm yet no lunch served only snacks So it ceases to be full service carrier and now is undeclared Low cost carrier. No entertainment provisions. Avoid or let it be your last choice. Do not say that I did not caution you our fellow travellers.nnThe airlines is in its last legs when it starts troubling its travellers this way.
