A friend recommended Shanawaz Fitness Care's Yoga sessions to me, I started to feel better from the trial session. I have been taking the online yoga sessions for 3 months now and it has greatly improved my health and mental state. Shahnawaz sir is sincere and a brilliant yoga teacher. Thank you Sir for teaching me to ease my pain, improve flexibility, learn to breathe correctly and much more through Yoga. I highly recommend these yoga sessions.nnThe icing on the cake is the review session that takes place everyday.

Shanawaz Sir is an institution when it comes to yoga and fitness, I have joined his classes 5 months back, through zoom. He techniques are very different and unique, I used to do yoga before and have tried many different ways of activity to loos weight and cure my health issues, but with Sir, its a amazing experience.nI am truly blessed to be in his yoga group.

The best Fitness care in locality. Shahnawaz sir is capable of outperforming every problem. The level of seriousness with which he does his work is awesome. His knowledge is outstanding and you can feel the difference in within a week of joining (that's the coolest part).nnBoth offline and online options are available.

In this hustles of life this fitness care is a boon for all of us. Exercising in online zoom class is extremely effective. We all are always skeptical about it but my personal experience is so far very amazing and i can see it will cure my diseases. Good luck to sir for motivating all lazy people. Thank you :)
