Beware of this guy named Mir Manzoor and his fraud company Kashmir travel express. Most of the reviews here are by his friends and fake. This tour operator refuses to refund advances paid upon cancellation citing imaginary rules which he himself is unable to produce upon getting caught red handed.He doesn't give you a complete breakdown of charges and tries to create funny stories to loot money. I have already started legal action against this fraud guy and google review readers this is just a heads-up to avoid this operator at any cost. There are lots of other operators based in Jammu who are ethical and professional.

we love the Gondola ride and skiing in the beautiful Gulmarg,its a snow wonderland worth visiting.The most adventurous trip is in pahelham thanks manzoor

Kashmir Travel Express is genuine. No mis guidance or wrong info...all tour went smoothly. No negative feedback. Special thanks to Manzoor.. Gulmarg trip excellent and the transport provided by Kashmir Travel Express was excellent.

We recently took cab services provided by Travel Agent Mir Manjur. I must say that he was not at all professional and gave us the itinerary which was not realistic. He included Sonamarg/Yusmarg in our package without even telling that those places are mostly closed in winters due to snowfall and we got cheated as it was our first time to Kashmir. He even charges 2k per day for a cab whereas whenever we went to any place like Gulmarg or Pahalgam, we had to book another cab from certain point due to Union(as told by him).nAnd not just this, he did not help us at all when we were in most need of same. Our return flight got cancelled without any prior intimation and we asked if we could help us in transport. He strictly said that the cab will only be available till mentioned date and we still need to pay even if we don't use that.nI won't recommend Kashmir Travel Express to anyone. They just focus on looting you and nothing else.
