The best travel agent in Kashmir. The hospitality offered by Sana and Zubair is beyond words. Sana is a gem of a person, she ensured that things were going right during the trip, called and asked everyday about how the day went and solved any issues in a jiffy. Vertical Travels services was amazing...we went to jaisalmer and the experience was mind blowing. Hotels we stayed were neat and clean. I have been using this company for 2 times. my first time was with my girl friends in 2015. we were taking a very good care by Mr Zubair as our tour guide that time. Some of us got sick and he personally brought us to the hospital and pharmacy. given a good accommodation, good transportation and a very good service. and in 2016 again i used this company to make my dream to be in Ladakh, Kashmir came true. and it was a memorable trip to me since i went the alone.
