One of the best gym in the valley and the coach is very humble person, down to earth...nA coach is someone who always makes you do what you don't want to do,so you van be who you've always wanted to be.There is no glory in practice,but without practice..there is no glory.....

The instructor Sir Mudasir aziz(Mr j&k -2x /Mr kashmir 5x /gold in north india /NIS Certified Traner)are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe..Whether you are a new comer to fitness, or an old bull at it. This is the place for you
