Brilliant trainer, which is enough of a qualifier for it to be on top of the shortlist for someone exploring. Add to it remarkable equipment, fantastic staff (enough to deserve separate review), the place checks all the boxes and then some. The workout area is temperature controlled. So you don’t need to have layers on, ergo no restrictions on your range of motion. The personalised nutritional plans, dynamic workout routine, constant assessment of progress, transcends it into a scientific, disciplined space rather than a muscle distortion facility. For people with congenital physical limitations or acquired injuries, the training is more customised and the attention more acute.nIf this 6000 worded review didn’t infer it already, I recommend the place.

Awesome gym for both male and female with female trainer and highly trained staff. Spa facility and gym accessories also available. Nice ambiance

one of the best Gymnasiums in downtown i have seen,there are certified trainers, high class JERAI powered equipments and there is always disciplined environment inside the gym,it's simply awesome.
