Such a irresponsible and worst flight service i never saw in my life . Very bad and 100% worthless management . I have done a booking on date 1st and every day am getting message before 12 hours the flight got cancelled due to operational issues .if there is a operation issues frequently why your taking booking .after a long time we waited in customer and they simply reschedule everytime and next day flight will get cancelled. Who is responsible for all our loss& time.so my personal experience never recommended this flights service to anyone .please use indigo much much better.

DIsgusting services.. had a horrible experience.nTop point of attractions arenTHEY can make u stay in a hotel of any random city.. because of their fault...nu have to pay for the rescheduling even if airlines is canceling it again and again.. many more are therennbetter to go by train.. instead of GO airnnPlease give me an option of negative rating..

Have travelled Go Air, several times and have had flawless service. Good ground staff, good crew etc. etc. Was trying to do a web check-in today and got to know that ALL SEATS are charged. IF you do a web check-in, there is no option of auto assigning seats. Found this practice extremely unethical. You may as well make seat blocking mandatory at the time of booking so that the customer pays upfront.nnAdvice: Don't try to be a low cost carrier if you are going to add costs. Your contact center says that manual check-in at airport is chargeable at Rs. 100 per passenger too. Never going to fly this airline again. Not because of service issues, but because of unethical practices. I don't mind paying double fare and flying with an airline that has an ethical management.

totally worst airline service.nthey suddenly cancelled flights and not give us to alternative way to next flights.nyou should give us to valid reason only your airline service facing issue then you suddenly cancelled all flight that's not acceptable.nyou're just wasting our time only.nall airline are available but go air all flights are canceled.nmy flights has 16th April and am booked one month ago. Then today they cancelled.
